Fiodora's husband died in the war; she cares for their four children. Three of the children are in school, two in primary and one in secondary. Flodor is concerned about her children's education and states "my main problem is to get their scholastic supplies and fees."
Fiodora would like to buy two grown goats; the goats will have kids which she will sell. She would also use part of her loan to buy seeds to grow food for her children, selling any surplus. Once the two kids have grown she will sell them using this money and what she has earned from selling the surplus produce to pay back her loan. She says the two remaining goats will be a "good start for my family."
Updates- Fiodora has purchased two goats. She was harvesting sorghum and maize when visited. (Benson Wereje, 08-08)
