Mahoro, Folora

• Born: 1966 (~45)
• Country: Refugee from Rwanda
• Lives at Kyangwali Refugee Settlement, Uganda

I am by the names Mahoro, Folora, a Rwandan by nationality.

I have three children, two are girls. Four kids were killed in the war together with their father in a place called Gitovu.

I face much violence here in the camp. My two year old child was defiled by a 14 year old boy and since then she has problems. No action was taken by authorities because I am a vulnerable and stay alone.

I would like to apply for a loan that will help me to start a business as planned below:

• Goat 60,000 sh
• Pig 35,000 sh
• Farming 25,000 to make a total of 120.000 sh

I will be able to pay back the loan after I get the income from my project. I believe that I will make a profit of 60,000 sh every season and will be able to support other women.
