I am very glad to have this chance to write you. I am a Congolese refugee staying in Uganda. I am unmarried with two children, a girl 6 years old and a boy two years old. My education level is primary seven.
During war I was raped and I produced a child. I do not know her father and she is in primary one. After this I had no hope to go to school. Then a man deceived me that he would marry me and have a successful marriage. But later I realized he was married and had four wives. There were many quarrels between us and I suffered a lot. My father took me and my children to his home, we are with him now. I am requesting you to put my information on your web site and help me with this problem. I need an education so that I will be able to help my two children in the future. With an education I can help my two children live a successful life with no regrets. I call my children orphans because they do not have parents and I am a widow at my 20 years. If you help me with an education this problem can be solved. Education is the key to success and is light and is an investment in our future. If you educate me you would have educated my two children also because I can care for them and provide them with an education. The war gave me this miserable life when they raped me.
